Organist, Harpsichordist & Choral Director
Nuove Musiche is a period instrument band of Baroque musicians with roots at Cambridge University and the Royal Academy of Music. The ensemble takes its name from Caccini's first book of songs published in 1602 of the same name. By playing on instruments that are either original or replicas of those that existed in the baroque era the players hope to present the music in a form which closely resembles its original sound world.
